Evil El Chapo, the Sanctimonious Sackler Family, and American Blood Libel

Evil El Chapo, the Sanctimonious Sackler Family, and American Blood Libel. 63447.jpeg

Proposals for Justice:

El Chapo – The “Drug Lord” has been found guilty of numerous charges and will likely serve the remainder of his life in a maximum security prison in the United States of America.

The Sacklers – The “Kings of Opiates” have never been prosecuted and it is unlikely they will ever be so. To the extent possible a legally recognized court should be duly empaneled to hear the cases of these degenerates and upon lawful conviction each and every one charged from men, women and children of mature age ought to be publicly punished for their crimes in the most extreme fashion.

All Roads Lead to Railroading

Needless to say, The Sacklers will never be rebuked for their actions. They are Billionaires and their millions of victims are poor or middle-class at best. Given the realities of the governmental system of the United States there is no chance whatsoever the laws will be changed to hold the guilty to account.

No more low-level, impoverished, ignorant suspects with few if any recourse can be railroaded into prison while the Sackler Filth walks free with impunity concerning their American Blood Libel.

This should be done in every condition in every case in every courtroom throughout the land until the Sacklers – each and every one – have been brought to trial for their far more pervasive and vastly greater detrimental crimes against the citizenry of the United States and residents of this Earth.

In other words, no one goes to jail until the worst of the worst go to jail – Herein Lies The Path To Justice.

Biggest Problem is if you don’t vote for Morrison your voting to make Tony Abbott opposition leader. It’s our responsibility and the only argument we have to struggle with (ODT)

Tony Abbott came to power offering a paid parental leave plan designed to encourage “women of calibre” to breed and then return to the workforce. Not only was that abandoned, those women of calibre were now “double dippers” rorting the system and their existing entitlements were reduced.

After a tortuous process, marriage discrimination was ended – praise be. But then we have an inquiry to work out how churches can ignore the law and continue to discriminate against gays.

The community and the majority of the parliament decide we have an obligation to provide medical care for seriously ill refugees under our care (I still can’t believe that is something they had to actually debate). So people who are traumatised by being incarcerated with no hope on an island gulag will be shifted to another island gulag with no hope of any future and the promise of being sent back should they get well.

It seems the government’s only clear purpose at the moment is to use its few remaining months to reward as many fellow political travellers as they can with high-paying appointments and to secure employment for themselves post-politics.

Not only are we seeing “captain’s calls” and Ministers jumping overboard but we are seeing a rush to appoint mates to positions, some favours owed others that will help to trip up any government that just might surplant them. (ODT)

Accompanied by the Liberal Party’s IPA stalwart Mitch Fifield, Morrison approached peak unctuousness as he welcomed Ms Buttrose to the top job.

In fact the appointment is a classic example of the dark art of psyops, practiced by this Government’s finest exponent, the Minister for Communications and Arts Mitchell Peter Fifield.

I assume most of the readers of The AIM Network know the meaning of psyops, but for the uninitiated it is characterised by this definition: “Psychological operations (PSYOP) convey selected information and indicators to audiences to influence their emotions, motives, and objective reasoning, and ultimately the behaviour of governments, organisations, groups, and individuals”.

Leave John Howard Alone Or Character References Throughout History… – » The Australian Independent Media Network

Poor John Howard is copping a lot of flak this week for his decision to write a character reference for convicted pedophile George Pell. Like a number of Pell’s referees, Howard suggested that Pell was a completely different man in private compared with his public Image. Actually, I thought that’s exactly what the trial had just decided.

Sky News ads go dark as Andrew Bolt defends ‘innocent’ George Pell | The Weekly Beast | Media | The Guardian

Andrew Bolt has for a long time been George Pell’s staunchest supporter, among a large group of acolytes in the media ranks. But his decision to back the cardinal after he was convicted of child sexual abuse this week has cost his employer dearly, both in ad dollars and reputation.

When Bolt announced he would be talking about his serious misgivings about the guilty verdict on The Bolt Report on Tuesday night, Sky News Australia took the unprecedented step of stripping all advertising from the show.

Advertisers on the Bolt Report in the days leading up to Tuesday were Ford, Coles, Audi, Ikea, Jenny Craig, Coca-Cola, Budget Rent a Car, Audi and dozens more. Many of them had already been targeted by social media activist group Sleeping Giants Oz for appearing on Sky After Dark programs in general and Bolt in particular. Some advertisers, such as pool company Poolwerx and builders Hotondo Homes, responded to the activism by removing their ads from the after-6pm lineup on the pay TV channel.

Wren’s week: Liberal use of taxpayers’ funds and Pell’s support group

Scamming your money to promote herself? (ODT)

Downer was rightly universally condemned for her actions, but think about what her action suggests. Firstly, she considered taxpayers’ funds her own to claim and present (the novelty cheque clearly said the Liberal Party on it and had her image printed on it as well). This betrays how the Liberals think about taxpayers’ funds — the funds belong to them, not the public. Which is why the Libs loathe welfare. Any welfare payment made is effectively less money in the pool for them to rort.

Secondly, under the media cover of wall-to-wall coverage of Cardinal Pell’s conviction of paedophilia charges, the Liberals quietly changed the rules around how sitting MPs can use their taxpayer-funded office expenses for political advertising in the lead-up to the election. Again, this rule change takes taxpayers’ funds and allows them to be used by the Liberal Party for political advertising, something in the past they’d have to pay for themselves. Given that in the Victoria State Election the Liberals ran much of their campaign claiming that the Victoria Labor Government was corrupt for accidentally using taxpayer-paid office staff for campaigning (the red shirts scandal), this is hypocritical in the extreme.

It’s anything but normal governance from a bunch of incompetents – » The Australian Independent Media Network

This Government’s performance over its time in office has been like a daily shower of offensiveness raining down on society. Surely management or indeed, lack of it must mean something.

All of this just goes to prove how out of touch the LNP Government is when it comes to the mood and expectations of the people they serve. However, it is also most unusual to have gathered together in the one place at the one time such an astonishingly well-educated group who has not a clue on how to govern. All in all it stinks with the stench of privilege.

Nothing underlines white privilege more than the government’s reaction to child sex abuse.

When allegations of paedophilia rings and child sex abuse in Aboriginal communities in the Northern Territory were made, the government sent in the army, stripped people of their rights, and made draconian rules affecting whole communities.

When allegations of child sex abuse were made about children in offshore detention, the government attacked those making the allegations.

When rampant child sex abuse in the Catholic Church was exposed, former Prime Ministers lined up to provide character references for the offenders.

North Koreans fire back on why Kim-Trump summit failed

Who is the tactician? Who is the Liar? Who acts on impulse? (ODT)

Out of 11 United Nations sanctions, North Korea had sought the lifting of five sanctions made in 2016-2017.
By contrast, Trump had told reporters at a press conference earlier in Hanoi that a working lunch and signing ceremony had been cancelled because North Korea wanted sanctions lifted in their entirety.

The Korea Centre said the sanctions North Korea had asked to be lifted cover the ban on North Korean exports such as coal, textiles and seafood, which were important sources of foreign currency for the regime.

US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo had said: “We asked him to do more and he was just unprepared to do that.”

Israel lobby funders back breakaway British MPs | The Electronic Intifada

A multi-millionaire pro-Israel lobbyist is funding the UK Parliament’s new Independent Group, it was revealed this week.

Others are likely to follow.

David Garrard told newspapers he had already donated to the MPs who broke away from the opposition Labour Party and the ruling Conservative Party.

The Independent Group is expected to eventually register as a party.

Garrard has for many years been a major financial backer of Labour Friends of Israel, a front group for the Israeli embassy, and was recently appointed to its board.

Prior to left-wing Palestine solidarity activist Jeremy Corbyn becoming party leader in 2015, Garrard donated almost $2 million to Labour under former leaders Tony Blair, Gordon Brown and Ed Miliband.

Garrard was so dismayed after Corbyn’s leadership election in September 2015, that he called in a loan of more than $2.5 million he had made to the party.

Despite this, Labour was last year reported to be Britain’s richest party, thanks to a massive influx of members enthused by Corbyn’s popular, moderately socialist agenda.

Despite leaving the party, Garrard has continued to fund individual anti-Corbyn MPs within Labour.

The Independent Group was formed last week by eight Labour MPs who quit the party, while alleging that Labour is now “institutionally anti-Semitic.”

Those saying Cardinal Pell is not guilty need to understand how criminal law works

It implies that the jury did not comply with the Judge’s directions and the law. In all trials across this nation, juries are warned and directed they must only consider the evidence before the court.

Without the vast majority of us being present at that trial, we can be sure the learned Judge Kidd gave that direction.

critic of the verdict is Andrew Bolt, in an article in the Herald Sun (paywalled) and on Sky News, as reported upon here, where he stated:

“Pell could well be an innocent man who is being made to pay for the sins of his church and made to pay after an astonishing campaign of media vilification.”

Jury’s capacity to discharge their sworn duty to judge only on the evidence presented during trial. In their anonymity, they cannot respond; they are barred by law from responding to Andrew Bolt about their jury room deliberations.

No one else can usurp the jury’s role, only a Court of Appeal can do that.

Peter Dutton claims Australians will be ‘kicked off’ hospital waiting lists in favour of refugees

Dutton admits that the services offered to people in detention aren’t as good as those offered in Australia in a way that was meant to embarass those that declared that was the case in the first place. Do we guess he hates “tourists” for clogging up the system as much? (ODT)

But Mr Dutton immediately dialled up his attack on Labor’s support for the medical transfer legislation, which will allow critically ill refugees and asylum seekers to come to Australia for treatment, claiming it would result in Australians missing out on healthcare at hospitals.

The law passed against the minority government’s wishes with the support of Labor and the crossbench.

“People who need medical services are going to be displaced from those services, because if you bring hundreds and hundreds of people from Nauru and Manus down to our country, they are going to go into the health network,” Mr Dutton told reporters on Thursday.

“I don’t want to see Australians who are in waiting lines at public hospitals kicked off those waiting lines because people from Nauru and Manus are now going to access those health services.

“We Are Going To Need A Fuckload Of African Teenagers To Survive This One” Abbott Tells Bolt — The Betoota Advocate

The Member For Warringah has arrived at the high-hedges of Toorak this afternoon on a private jet, in an effort to defend his beloved Catholic Church.

This follows the lifting of a nationwide suppression order which has allowed media to report that Pell has been found guilty of sexually abusing two choirboys when he was archbishop of Melbourne.

As his re-election chances take another body blow today, former Prime Minister Tony Abbott has had to take control of the narrative now surrounding the himself and the God-fearing child abuse apologists in public office.

This comes after Scott Morrison failed in his attempts at consoling Abbott. with wise words related to similar accusations surrounding a former leader of his own church.

Instead, he’s had to take matters into his own hands. First stop, Andrew Bolt’s home office.

This is Scott – » The Australian Independent Media Network

Toby Wright, writing for Nine media recently made a comparison between Mick Young, a Minister in the Hawke Government of the 1980’s and Scott’s Government. Young, who neglected to declare a stuffed Paddington Bear at Customs in 1984, was confronted with his crime and promptly stood down from the Ministry until investigations were concluded. Scott’s Government include Ministers that seem to be connected with a mindboggling litany of unethical actions; the current list includes Ministers Cash, Dutton, Cormann, Wilson and former Minister and current Ambassador Hockey. While some of the current scandals surrounding the government commenced before Scott became the Prime Minister, he is not blameless as resignations or ‘career breaks’ could have been requested or enforced while the facts were determined. Scott in contrast continues with his ‘Everything is Awesome’ routine.

Assuming for a second there are people that really do want to enter Parliament to represent their electorate rather than become one of the pigs in the trough, a piece of advice — Scott is not someone you should attempt to emulate; don’t be like Scott.

Saving the Deal: cover-up over Northern Beaches Hospital sale to the Caribbean – Michael West

Presumably, the PR game-plan is to discredit the story – it’s a bit complex – as the work of a “blogger” who has his facts wrong. This is what PR does. Indeed it is also what sources in parliament have confirmed. They need to shut the story down, keep it out of the mainstream media, push it through the FIRB (foreign investment) approval process before the election.

https://www.michaelwest.com.au/companies/tax-dodgers/healthscope-ltd-2019/embed/#?secret=ylbs8x01x3

Nothing yet. The main answers are likely to be that the hospital (the bricks and mortar) are not being sold but the future cashflows of the hospital – that is the profits from the patients and health funds – are being sold.Further, the real cost of the transaction is likely to be much higher. It is in the public domain that the hospital cost $600 million to build and there were a further $400 million in costs from roadwork which were borne by the department Roads and Maritime Services. Then there is the $2.1 billion “total payments to the private operator” figure which was confirmed by the former Health Minister. What is this figure? What does it mean? Will the real cost of the transaction be far higher once this business ends up in the Caribbean?

Buying The Liberals On Interest-free Terms While Andrew Bolt Tells Us That Courts And Scientists Are Wrong! – » The Australian Independent Media Network

Georgie Pell has been the victim of a gross miscarriage of justice! I know this because Andy Bolt told me. Andy Bolt knows this because this isn’t the first time that old Tiger Pell has been accused and he hasn’t been convicted before. As we all know if someone is accused of something more than once and it isn’t proved the first time, than it probably means that their innocent of all future charges.

There’s no way, of course, that our court system wouldn’t be biased against Pell. After all, he told us that climate change wasn’t real, so those scientists that are rigging the weather so it seems to be hotter are probably now extending their conspiracy to the judicial system. Yes, Bolt can declare Pell innocent even though he wasn’t in court and didn’t hear the evidence. It’s rather like his position on climate change. He doesn’t need a degree in climate science to know that it’s all a scam. In fact, Bolt doesn’t even have a degree in anything having dropped out of university.

Donald Trump admits to being China’s sock puppet happy to achieve what was already on the cards before his first Summit.(ODT)

Donald Trump has said the US will be “happy” if North Korea simply agrees to continue its moratorium on nuclear and missile testing at this week’s summit in Hanoi.

The North Korean’s leader’s moratorium on testing began even before the two leaders’ first summit in Singapore last June, and followed the successful test of a thermonuclear weapon and two launches of an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) in 2017.

At the Singapore summit, Kim Jong-un agreed to the “denuclearisation of the Korean peninsula” but it soon became clear that the US and North Korea had very different interpretations of what the phrase meant. Since then, the North Korean state has carried out demolition work at a nuclear test site and a missile test facility, but according to US intelligence estimates, has taken no substantial steps towards disarmament.

Labor distances itself from the ABC chair process, but has no qualms with the result

This Government pays for expertise then prefers parachuting it’s choices in over what they paid for to look independant (ODT)

Peter Ryan, senior business correspondent at the ABC, warned on Monday that Ms Buttrose’s appointment would be controversial given she wasn’t on the supplied shortlist.

“While Ita Buttrose would be a popular choice, her appointment would still be controversial given that her name was not included after a global search by the headhunters Korn Ferry,” he said.

Media Watch host Paul Barry was surprised the government was casting the shortlist aside.

“Seriously? Is the government really going to ignore the selection panel’s advice again and appoint Ita Buttrose to ABC chair, when she’s not even on the short list?” Mr Barry wrote on Twitter.

Most recently, Ms Buttrose has co-hosted morning TV on Nine’s Today Extra, and Network Ten’s Studio Ten. She has been a News Corp and Australian Consolidated Press director, and was president of the Chief Executive Women organisation.
