Red Lines and Rockets: Reframing the War on Gaza

Israel’s ‘war’ on Gaza, which has deep roots not only in the European colonial past but in religious mythology and a Zionist ideology that is rigid, chauvinistic and exclusive. All three factors underscore the belief that Jews alone have a right to historic Palestine.

Biden must think people are stupid if he thinks we believe his hollow words of chastisement to Israel and Netanyahu, asking him to use caution yet signing off even more multibillion-dollar funding to continue the war and genocide.

The U.S. administration could stop the war with one phone call. With one vote in the UN.

They have made the horror of Khan Younis their own to bear.

Quality over quantity: Reliable media sources on the Israel-Gaza war

The West Bank is simply forgotten but extremely active.

Dr Shamekh Abu Rub was executed today while standing with his brother at the entrance of their home in Jenin. An armored Israeli military vehicle fired directly at them with the intent of executing them. His brother remains in a very critical condition. Their father, Kamal, is Jenin’s deputy governor. He is a friend.

Another heartless crime that brings the number of murdered Palestinians in the West Bank since October to over 230.

IT IS POSSIBLE to find out what is happening and why, in Gaza, to a certain extent, despite the din of arguments and raving bilge on social media.

Russia-Ukraine war: President Vladimir Putin orders troop replenishment in face of Ukraine losses

Western estimates of Russian dead in the Ukraine war have ranged from more than 15,000 to over 20,000 — more than the Soviet Union lost during its 10-year war in Afghanistan. The Pentagon said last week that as many as 80,000 Russian troops have been killed or wounded, eroding Moscow’s ability to conduct big offensives.
