Scott Morrison’s great legacy will be that he encouraged more Australians to vote for independent candidates then probably any other Prime Minister and the destruction of the Liberal Party which will likely never recover from his leadership.
In the last week Channel 10 was exposed at the Bruce Lehrmann trial for lying and deceiving the public and courts, News Corp propagandist Janet Albrechtsen’s personal relationship with corrupt former judge Walter Sofronoff was exposed further and the Kerry Stokes’ controlled and financed Ben Roberts-Smith defamation case was being appealed.
One wonders why Morrison bided his time for so long before resigning. Was there a transactional promise in place? A promise made, that if he double-crossed France for the purchase of the American subs there would be a substantial reward forthcoming further down the track. AUKUS and the UK were just to camouflage the real $$$ deal. After all we are talking about shifty Scott Morrison who has left a trail of deals in his wake very few in which he didn’t profit.
Given Morrison’s history of leaking highly classified and confidential information, as outlined below, there has to be a good chance that Morrison will in effect sell Australian government secrets for a profit by illegally giving classified information to his new employers.

Justice Kelly Rees issued an arrest warrant, 2 years ago, for journalist Shane Dowling (me) to serve 10 months jail for contempt of court on the instructions of Kerry Strokes’ Channel Seven and its parent company Seven West Media. The arrest warrant was issued at the Supreme Court of NSW on the 3rd of September 2021.
According to Shane Dowling, he has received legal threats from Linda Reynolds’s solicitors.

Australia’s old media is fighting an internal civil war trying to justify their cheerleader style of reporting federal politics. In this case, it’s regarding Australia’s highly questionable $368 billion expenditure on submarines. The Canberra Press Gallery reporters have been exposed for failing dismally in doing their job to keep politicians accountable and they have spent the last few days attacking former Prime Minister Paul Keating to somehow justify their failings.
Peter Hartcher, on of the “Red Alert” journalists said regarding Keating “He made the absurd claim that the government had “no mandate” for the policy. In fact, Albanese took the AUKUS plan in principle to the 2022 election as Labor policy”.
The stupidity is that statement is both the coalition and Labor have AUKUS as part of their policy so voters had no choice and we never knew it was going to cost $368 billion. So, to say “Labor had a mandate” because they took it to the 2022 election is deceptive at best and dishonest at worst.
Not only have senior Nine journalists Peter Hartcher and Matthew Knott had their reputations trashed writing the Red Alert series but at least 2 other journalists, David Crowe, Malcolm Knox and SMH editor Bevan Shields have written pieces defending them and Nine’s papers which has achieved nothing except throwing their own reputations under a bus.
Peter Costello should resign as chairman of Nine Entertainment before more damage is done on his watch.
On the 3rd of September 2021, the NSW Supreme Court sentenced Shane Dowling (me) to 10 months jail for contempt of court and issued an arrest warrant but the Queensland Human Rights Act gives the right to a “fair hearing” to every Queenslander which I say was breached.
It’s a “right” that will be tested in court if I am arrested but the right to a “fair hearing” guaranteed by a Human Rights Act is something every Australian should have which they currently don’t.
The trial has become a national scandal and Justice Lucy McCallum needs to take action for contempt of court against Bruce Lehrmann’s lawyer Steve Whybrow, Lachlan Murdoch, his attack dogs at News Corp and Senator Linda Reynolds. If Justice McCallum fails to do so her reputation and the reputation of the court will be trashed for many years to come and will likely become an example used at law schools on how not to run a court case.
I doubt Lachlan Murdoch was going to sue Crikey, but I suspect the gamechanger was a full-page ad that Crikey ran in The New York Times calling on Lachlan to back up his threats to sue by filing and serving his defamation claim.CNN reported:

I probably would not write about Kimberley Kitching and her past but her husband Andrew Landeryou, Bill Shorten and his friends keep on driving the issue and have politicised it which could have an impact on the federal election due in 2 months. So, on that basis, it could and should be discussed so we can see the bullying allegations are a political stunt that has no credibility and all the people involved should be ashamed of themselves.
