The vile game – Pearls and Irritations

American and Israel Israeli flag flags on eggs

Zionists have been playing the same strategic game for well over 100 years. They initiated and began fomenting division in a peaceful Palestine as far back as 1917 with terrorist militias that evolved to become The Haganagh the Jewish defacto “defense force” a duplicitous terrorist militia “assisting” a weak and reluctant British Force to help quell those Muslim hordes. The peace that once was natural to Palestinians and Jews was intentionally disrupted by Zionist idealogues knowing the British wanted to leave the region and other of their colonies. The UN could then proclaim Palestine the State of Israel as they did in 1948 but not enough. Jews who were once seen as the victims of WW2 weren’t about to give that mantle up too easily and have been carrying it ever since despite being dubbed America’s proxy and 4th most powerful army on the planet

Israel has played the victim all along with sighs of sympathy and offers of support from Western governments and audiences. They declared themselves ‘the’ victim, not just The victim but the ‘only’ victim. As such, they are entitled to do to us, the Palestinians under their control, whatever they wish with Impunity.

Are you being manipulated or just a victim of all the propaganda? – » The Australian Independent Media Network

My thought for the day

We dislike and resist change in the foolish assumption that we can make permanent anything that makes us feel secure. Yet change is, in fact, part of the very fabric of our existence. (John Lord )

Victoria hotel quarantine inquiry: systemic issues more urgent than individual blame | Australia news | The Guardian

Daniel Andrews and Jenny Mikakos

Will this finally shut O’Brien up no way!

We have learned a lot from the judicial inquiry into hotel quarantine in Victoria, and the lessons should not be obscured by the fact that the failures were systemic and cultural, rather than the result of people acting corruptly or in bad faith.

There Are No Black Victims in Donald Trump’s America – Mother Jones

After Jacob Blake was shot several times in the back by Kenosha, Wisconsin, police officer Rusten Shesky, and was lying paralyzed from the waist down and handcuffed to a hospital bed, right-wing media, conservatives, and the usual crowd of other assorted racists were searching for a justification for what seemed to the rest of the world as an unprovoked assault. Some said that Blake was reaching for a knife. Others insisted he was resisting arrest.

Christians in Australia are not persecuted, and it is insulting to argue they are

The ABC USA  has persecuted Roseanne Barr  too

Confusing persecution with marginalisation or disagreement is insulting to the thousands around our world who face actual daily persecution because of their religion or ethnicity. It is insulting to the men, women and children who have been hurt by the church because of their sexuality or gender.

There is an important conversation to be had about what kind of community Australia wants to be in terms of religious tolerance, freedom and genuine diversity. But, please, let’s leave the rhetorical hyperbole at home.
