Caught some press porn on the Bolt report. Bolt and Miranda Devine were doing a Grant and Devine on TV. They should have been in the back of a moving taxi.
The Western Press except for Miranda & Andrew have been hijacked by Hamas. The whole of the Western Press is like the ABC, is unprofessional,  is left & blinkered by Hamas. Mike Carlton being a prime example of a Nazi shift to the fascist left (no no longer  right wing ) reviving  anti-semitism of the worst kind.  This is no longer asking  ‘has Israel gone beyond self defence?
 While Devine was getting it off  Bolt’s head bopping up and down like Noddy.

 According to Devine the above cartoon is of a Jew, not an Israeli, in his lounge watching the bombing of Gaza on a big screen. By publishing this Fairfax press stirred up anti- Jewish sentiment. The AJN has placed a fatwa on Fairfax. That this is typical of  what the Western International press is reporting and Carlton’s article is a prime example.

This has not been a question unique to the press nor is it a racist question. Carlton’s not accusing one side only of wrong doing.  Miranda Devine & Bolt pointed to a press bias because neither slaughter in Syria nor the slaughter of Christians in Mosul has got equivalent front page attention. Sorry Miranda  900 Christians families were warned to leave the area they did they weren’t slaughtered. Their Bishop has been heard on radio several times and he obviously missed the slaughter that you said happened.  As far as the Syrian war is concerned  there has been a lot printed and like MH17 it’s no longer front page. Syria is not as topical here but it still gets publicity about Australian  visitors to the area being presumed guilty and having to prove their innocence on returning home. That Brandis is turning British justice on it’s head.

Yes there are problems. Problems that date back to settlement. Alcohol, drugs, social engineering all have had an impact on fragmenting Aboriginal culture.
The Amish in the US are fragmenting as their youth are being seduced by influences outside sex, drugs, crime and disaffection is a problem for them as well. Does Bolt suggest Amish are weak I doubt it. Australia’s position as the only elected member of the UN Security Council with citizens on board flgt MH17 inevitably made our PM  the logical spokesperson for both the Dutch Malaysia the world.  If Julie Bishop and TonyAbbott had done nothing they would have embarrassed themselves and us. While Newton’s laws of motion have been found to be amazingly predictive and reliable. There are exceptions where Newtonian physics breaks down. The first involves objects travelling at or near the speed of light. The second problem comes when Newton’s laws are applied to particles that fall in the realm of quantum mechanics. Using Andrew Bolt’s logic Newton should be done and dusted and no longer taught in schools. If it had any political or economic relevance for  RET’s he would be calling it another ‘False God’ like Global Warming. The same for Einstein’s theories.

 Tony Abbott  in the past has had no regard for the United Nations as an organisation that hinders his specific national interests Sovereign Borders, Tasmanian Forests, The Great Barrier Reef etc The UN are an unnecessary irritant. At the moment however he is basking in the the light of Labour’s efforts to get Australia an elected seat on the Security Council. Basking because that light should have some effect on the pall over his personal opinion poll standing. The media at the moment have lauded Australia for what? It’s membership and leadership in the United Nations all due to Rudd’s and  Labour’s efforts which were readily derided by both Abbott and Bishop in parliament.
  Who else to roar for MH17, which of the ten non-permanent members of the Security Council could do that job of leading the resolution, None had any passengers on board.Argentina (2014),Australia (2014),Chad (2015),Chile (2015),Jordan (2015),Lithuania (2015),Luxembourg (2014),Nigeria (2015),Republic of Korea (2014),Rwanda (2014)  Australia alone had to take up the task. The Dutch and Malaysians are not members. What a better way to repair ones poll standing and keep the  opposition silent. It’s the coal-itions dream come true. This is the best thing to have happened to Abbott since the election. Watch him milk it.
Europe is being held to ransom by their reliance on Russia’s oil and gas pipe-lined through the Ukraine. Germany clearly saw that. Their energy policies were developed to counter this weakness. That’s why they are leaders in renewable energy production.
 Abbott and his town crier Bolt with mining industry support want to sell coal. What better way than  to block Russia’s fossil fuel export by calling for economic sanctions. They just might improve our currently threatened coal industry. Of course  they will continue to push the Global Warming Denier barrow but not for any  real scientific reason other than it’s an easy media filler. Is it a coincidence that a business-backed, mining group sponsored report was released today that our renewable energy target of 20% should be abolished because it will cost 5000 jobs and $29 bill by 2020. A report to counter the Government’s RET review that consumers would be better off by $56 a year from 2021. With the RET heading to become 28% of energy production the Australian Chamber of Commerce want it reined in. Power companies don’t want households running on free solar energy nor do mining companies with over 50 years of coal in the ground.
Abbott will call for sanctions on Russsia  in order to get them to retaliate and cut gas and oil to Europe. Australia will send troops to Ukraine just to ensure the likelihood of the above. They will put Australian lives at risk to achieve that aim.
Watch the price of coal go up because of a dumb accident by some rebel cowboys in the Ukraine that were given hardware they really didn’t know how to use. So much miscalculation all to Abbott’s advantage. Russia miscalculated Putin was not the mastermind of some terrorist plot.

 Two of Bolt’s recent blogs  He pretended to apply Deductive Logic to prove flawed Social Policies in our approach to immigration. Unless Bolt had an encyclopedia of these exceptions they far more likely to support our screening efforts as neither of these events are commonplace amongst Lebanese or Afghan Australians living here.
He doesn’t score well on Inductive Logic either because he would need to come up with scores of individual cases  to prove  that his generalizations have any merit. He loses out there as well if you look at police and other social agency reports. Hardly scientific reasoning just fluff, cherry picking and personal biased speculation. Failed on that score as well Bolt.

Doctors don’t use either Deductive or Inductive thinking when diagnosing a patient’s problems. They list the symptoms and realize that one diagnosis generally doesn’t explain or fit all symptoms. They select an make an intelligent guess often in conference with other professionals and apply the laws of probability. Juries are asked to do much the same having been presented with the evidence of a case.
Abductive thought an how probable is the result.
Isn’t it great that a principal in British law is that you are ‘Innocent until Proven Guilty’ If evidence leaves room for doubt the case remains ‘Unproven’ not for Bolt. All Muslims are guilty. Therefore there are no humanitarian grounds for a Muslim intake. Even asking why puts you on the opposite side of the barricade to Bolt.

How real is this man Andrew Bolt? He looks for extreme events then tars everybody with the same brush to make his point  that being: I hate Muslims keep them out of this country. There was a huge number of local Afghans who risked their lives daily in support of the ADF interpreters,intelligence gatherers etc. These men and women’s lives are  now at risk should the Taliban regain power. But that’s not compatible enough for you is it Andrew Bolt. You seem to believe the above anecdote is sufficient reason for us to abandon these people in Afghanistan and tar those already here. Some Catholic priests tried and had extreme experiences in any place they could and they did as a cultural obligation.They like Clinton didn’t have sex with women & remained celibate. There’s no hue & cry to dismantle the institution of the church. Priests of all nationalities with  only two things  in common Catholicism and carnal lust. The communities appoint Rabbi’s and Mullah’s who make their living from their followers’ benefaction.

BOLT ADVOCATES CULTURAL GENOCIDE

Back in the 40’s Arthur Calwell  signed an agreement with the United Nations Refugee Organisation to accept displaced persons from European countries ravaged by war. Calwell was a staunch advocate of the White Australia Policy: while Europeans were welcomed to Australia, Calwell was deporting many Malayan, Indochinese and Chinese wartime refugees, some of whom had married Australian citizens and started families in Australia. He was noted for saying “I reject, in conscience, the idea that Australia should or ever can become a multi-racial society and survive.” He allowed the Bolts in despite their  family connections to Aalsmere Holland’s most infamous village during ww2.
Like Bolt Arthur Calwell believed in Assimilation  and coined the most demeaning term to describe non English speaking migrants of European background as ‘New Australians’. In no other country in the world was any migrant so defined effectively removing their ethnic identities. Calwell’s vision made no allowance, of course, for the numbers of the non-Anglo-Celtic element in Australia’s population. Nor did it foreshadow the development of multicultural policies of the 1970s and the 1980s. Calwell’s policy concluded with a plea to all Australians “to help newcomers to become assimilated”. In ideal terms the New Australian would be encouraged to forgo their ethnic identity, adopt that of Anglo- Celtic Australia and within one or two generations be indistinguishable from the surrounding culture. Policies weren’t expected to  encourage the development of Italian Carlton, Vietnamese Abbottsford, Greek Richmond Afghan Dandenong etc multiculturalism according to Bolt got in the way.
Multiculturalism  encourages members of migrant and ethnic groups to cultivate cultural differences and at the same time to have mutual respect, tolerance and understanding for each other, especially an acceptance of ‘cultural differences’ which also after 2-3 generations become blurred. They were transitional not permanent enclaves. These  are havens for potential  terrorist cells.  Well trained professional terrorist cells would be less likely to be found there than in the Malvern st where Andrew Bolt lives.
In total there are 250,000 -300,000 Muslims in Melbourne from 70-80 countries. Not all speak English and not all speak Arabic it’s the language of the Koran. Islam is not their main binding feature their  native languages, cultures and communities communities  eg Dandenong, Box Hill, etc are.As are their varying  reasons for coming.  When 100’s of Jewish men raced to Israel during the 6 day war and they were celebrated for doing so not demonised. Most wanted to help not fight some on the other hand hoped they could. Nobody suggested they were going to come  home to terrorise or shoot Egyptians or Palestinians. So 150 Syrians left Australia.Were they all men of fighting age? Why do you Bolt assume they all went for nefarious reasons?  Maybe to help displaced family stands out as a strong possibility to me?  Now10’s are back trained recruiters of cells and suicide bombers. Wouldn’t it be fantastic if we could train our boys in the ADF so well and so quickly! It takes years to train a special forces digger. But Islamists can do it months.

Abbott has variously said that “it would be profoundly out of character had it occurred” and “it never happened”. Melbourne’s conservative pin-up boy Michael Kroger was laying into Ramjan, so was Alan Jones, so too The Australian and more recently Bolt on 2GB. Bolt on 19 May told 2GB’s listeners that: “Tony Abbott was falsely accused of punching a wall next to the head of the student official when he was at university…”Bolt went on:

How many interviews did David Marr give about his book about Tony Abbott hitting a wall? I mean, on the ABC it was wall-to-wall. You couldn’t turn on the ABC without it. If that is such a terrible thing – and he [Abbott] denied it and there are no eye witness accounts of him actually doing it that are credible. If that is such a germane thing, something that happened 30 something years ago, why is there zero, zero condemnation [of Bishop being jostled], it seems to me, from the usual mouthpieces of the left? That woe-begotten spray contained a crucial error. There were two credible eye witnesses, one of whom had made a sworn statement about what happened in 1977.
Patrick George, Ramjan’s lawyer, quickly dispatched a letter of demand to Bolt, pointing out that his remarks gave rise to the imputation that his client had lied and there was a witness to say she had not lied. Bolt had nowhere to go, except to broadcast this grovel on Monday night:

” On 19 May, I made some statements on air concerning an incident involving the prime minister which took place at the University of Sydney approximately 30 years ago. I have been told by Barbara Ramjan that my statements might have been understood to suggest that her evidence of the incident was not truthful. In referring to the incident I did not intend to suggest that she was a liar or that she had acted dishonestly and if anyone understood my statements to suggest that, then I apologise to her unreservedly.”
 Bolt has become increasingly gun shy  over the years having been convicted of defamation of Jalena Popovic which cost  $246,000.On 28 September 2011 he was found to have contravened section 18C of the Racial Discrimination Act. His ex fiance had him apologise for suggesting she’d lied. She countered with signed stat dec after he’d publicly fantasized ” I was a minder to a belly dancer” when it was she that was his minder. He holds sway over a cut and paste bloggsite and never really put’s his name to anything allowing his followers to do his dirty work. An advocate for free speech the site is heavily moderated against opposing views.
 Ramjan sued over vehement remarks made by Kroger on The Bolt Report on 23 September 2012, an interview he gave to Alan Jones on 2GB, and two articles in The Australian.
Among Kroger’s claims was the allegation that she is a “serial fabricator of false complaints”. Ramjan pleaded four imputations: she is a left wing lunatic, she is a disgraceful nobody, she fabricated the Abbott allegation, and she told a vicious lie about Abbott as part of a campaign to damage him.By August 2013 The Australian and Kroger had settled and the newspaper published an apology for saying she had lied. Channel 10 had also apologised.
  Jones went on air with a long explanation and apology, which concluded: “So if anything I have done had led to discomfort and concern for Barbara Ramjan then I do apologise.
Tony Abbott does seem out in the cold and alone with his “It never happened”story.

FREEDOM JUST ANOTHER WORD FOR NOTHING LEFT TO LOSE

Freedom’s just another word for nothing left to lose  Bob Dylan’s words  ring true for asylum seekers getting on leaky boats. “Freedom is the ability to walk a mile in another persons shoes ” better expresses what we as Australians need to do when dealing with those we so easily brand  illegal arrivals.  It’s our ability to empathize with them and each other as men, women, children, gays, black, white,  yellow or poor that sets us all free. It takes us away from the days of  poofter bashing and the antiquated laws that we thought once served us.  Empathy that freed us from misconceptions held and will always to do so.
Abbott   has degraded this country trashed it  in the eyes of the world because of paranoid and intolerant reaction to these refugee asylum seekers. People who risk body and soul when they get in those leaky little boats with kids. They know they can’t swim, they know the boats are crap and yet they are prepared to  risk all, that’s desperation.
 The cry  for Assimilation and the end to Multiculturalism is simply intolerance by a few. 50% of Australia is connected to non Anglo/Saxon immigration. Difference is the natural order of things not uniformity. Bendigo & and Shepparton have successfully integrated muslim communities outsiders have stirred up trouble. These towns accepted change did not resist it for their betterment. It should be encouraged. Alan Jones’s racist rants on 2GB fueled the Cronulla  riots. He was not a local nor are those stirring up trouble in Bendigo. It’s why we need section 18C  of the Racial Discrimination Act to remain in tact. Jones  should have been charged for racial vilification at the time. What are the values we need to Assimilate to? Adam and Eve and not Adam and Steve.  Christianity  not Islam? Are the values and culture of indigenous Australia to be excluded.? Aboriginies were good enough to don uniforms and fight and die for this country but when they got home we turned our backs on them. They could die but not vote. Like the Jews the asylum seekers arriving by boat have been publically demonized, maligned  and for what seeking refuge.  Mothers have singled out as cunning  self harmers not worthy of any attention or sympathy because their actions are merely to garner attention and sympathy.  What else have they got to get somebody to listen? What kind of grubs are these media dogs Bolt, Jones and the army of maggots called spin doctors who work for the PM  and Immigration Departments.  120 scanning social media and using it to misinform  deflect, scaremonger or just withold information. It’s to his credit Alister Nicholson retired chief justice of the Family Court has stood up and  said ” The Abbott government has adopted another practice of totalitarian regimes of shrouding its activities in secrecy and applying a false patina of military necessity. The current policy $$$  for voluntary return hides the fact that asylum seeker treatment is so brutal that  they have no real choice or options. The Abbott Coalition pays others to do this work under strict secrecy. It doesn’t always work and the news get’s out such as the murder of a detainee and the injury of 69 others.  Scott Morrisson then deflects and would have us believe it’s not our problem or his fault. It’s been contracted out to PNG Nauru G4S etc mercenaries. This government takes them into custody then transfers them abrogating any responsibility.  Scott Morrison said “As the individuals and the centre are located in PNG territory, it has primary responsibility. Scott Morrison there has been a murder and 69 people injured in one day on your watch. Treatment has caused detainees to suffer irreparable mental health issues.  All done in secret and common practice in totalitarian states. Furthermore you blame the victims to justify your actions.

Basically Bolt is calling Christine Milne MP,  Malcolm Fraser, Retired PM, Chief Justice Alister Nicholson, his mates Steven Harper Canadian PM & his security, David Cameron British PM ,MI5  and a host of other heads of state uninformed liars for condemning  the Sri Lankan government’s record on Human Rights abuses.
Like the misinformed 97% of scientists of Climate Change the UN and the security services of a host of countries are in total error about the Sri Lankan government. There is no chance let alone 51% chance  that current lot of asylum seekers are being handed back like “Jews to the Nazis”.
If as Bolt says they are merely “alleged” Tamils why are they being handed to Sri Lanka anyway? That alone is criminal let alone giving their navy two vessels.

FALSE GODS

 

 “Climate Science is the new false god” Bolt’s repititious mantra.
  It’s costing the economy  by it’s inexactness.  It’s unable explain or predict  the untimely end of hundreds fish washed up on the ninety mile beach a few weeks ago. According to Bolt the whole science needs to be washed up. Applying Bolt’s argument of inaccuracy to all sciences first year uni students might as well drop out now.
 From Physicists to Economists and everything between unless it’s cheap drop it. Believers in these inexact sciences are bowing to false gods. Luddite springs to mind. An inquiring mind is the devil’s playground.  For Bolt the costs of  the research and the associated courses of action suggested by it are unwarranted because what we have now isn’t broken. Imagine the lack of progress this past century had everybody taken this dropkicks advice.
 Sciences aren’t about getting everything right because they don’t even Newton’s Laws have their limitations. Science is a process of inquiry to better understand the world around us. It makes mistakes and moves foward it’s not the activity of one man but a whole global community and 97% of scientists support Global Warming Theory and with it the shift to renewable energy sources and the reduction of CO2. The false god is the the stock market price of coal. The effort Bolt is putting in for Abbott is simply about not letting the price of coal drop.
  Bucketing the science is akin to the church bucketing Gallileo it prevented him publishing for 100 years on the threat of excommunication.  His study of weaponry was supported though. Well Abbott wants to close down the research and anything connected with it. Bolt & Jones are assigned to calling them  heretics and Abbot is forcing them into  change or exile to pursue their careers.
  23% of our energy is now coming from sources other than coal. The wholesale price of electricity has come down. Where has the money gone? Not to us the consumers but to the retailers. Isn’t that the intelligent question. If renewables are a cleaner cheaper form of power surely it’s the way of the future. If other countries  are moving away from coal as their primary energy source it won’t be worth digging out of the ground. Australian coal now costs more now than the wholesale price of electricity in India today so why would they want to buy it. Modi the new PM of India supports a move to solar solutions because he as some of the worlds most polluted cities in India. China and the US are taking similar measures. I wouldn’t advise any body to invest in it. Gina sold out of it. Glencore our biggest coal miner paid zip in tax on a $15 bill profit and was heavily subsidized. How much of the $15bill was our $$$. We have paid them to build a mine and are collecting rent they don’t need to sell product. Investors like BHP have dropped their investment in the train line to Abbott’s point Abbott’s coal selling trip to the US was an energy wasted farce. So what’s the false god COAL
Corman our  Finance Minister has every faith in the science of free market economics and in particular financial service industry. A topic that Bolt doesn’t often address but supports.. Deregulation is  a guarantee of success and trust the pillars holding it together.  Freeing up the finance sector is Corman’s agenda . It’s making way for the secret international TPP agreement about to be signed that will make it easier for multinational companies to operate here. It’s going to safe guard their intelectual property and I assume deregulate pricing by competion. Firstly our access to generic medicines won’t be allowed pushing the price of medication up.  Secondly Multinationals will be able to sue us for any loss of profit if enticed to Australia and they can’t make a proft on agreed terms. We the citizens of this Democracy aren’t allowed to know those term before signing. We know the reputation of our politicians Corman says trust us.
Deregulation of obstacles in the way of financial planners will make things grow or it might putting the chickens back in the hen house with the fox. His response to the cowboys at the CBA   pillaging 4000+++  accounts  was ” an old story”  history and we need “to move foward and put it behind us”. Deregulation of and industry that only shuffles paper and lends money for  commissions one that doesn’t produce anything other than more and more ways to shuffle money even faster for more commissions was the industry that caused the GFC.  The regulations that saved us from the crash are now being removed. Corman says there are sufficient laws in place that cover the issues of corrupt managers should they arise “trust us”
 The law doesn’t seem to be very helpful for the CBA clients out of pocket.  Corman is telling them to “get over it, suck it up and move on”. Why are the regulations needing planners to operate in the best interests of their clients irrelevant  or for them to  reveal  their commissions  too much to ask in the name of tranparancy? Does he believe  ponzi schemes or another crisis is not waiting in the wings?  that planners won’t drive money where commissions are the highest. Why remove the pillars of trust? Regulation is not only there for the 10% of society but for all of us to build trust.
If the law was an equal playing field  and really available ASIC may have had teeth. If legal aid was available to assist the less wealthy maybe planners wouldn’t be so cavalier. However it’s not. The “buyer beware” the caveat remains. The banks lend money, employ planners sell product  and have the best & most expensive legal firms to protect them from their clients?  They are an entire system of trust and non transparancy the whistle blower their biggest fear. Why has it taken the banks so long to fess up to this scandal and so slow to do anything?  Macquarie bank seems uncofortable at the moment as well.  Corman remains fixed on deregulation to assist the flow of money out of our accounts and into the the accounts of the top 10%. Trust is what we are told will make this work. However trust is being eroded by this false god of profit for everyone. Bolt is the maitre’d of Abbots TEA PARTY.

POLITICAL FUNDAMENTALISM & THE RAPE OF DEMOCRACY

The world’s 4th most influential macro economists and Nobel prize winner Professor Joseph Stiglitz has declared the deregulation of our universities to be a ” crime ” and the introduction of co-payments for medical services ” absurd ” The adoption of  the American path is this governments two biggest mistakes that will ensure a widening of inequality and an increase in economic stagnation. “Countries that imitate America are kidding themselves”
The system that Pyne openly admires so much Tertiary Education is the worst functioning part of the US market and  in effect closes off opportunity. While the US  now is trying to regulate it we are about to deregulate and freeboot it. which according to Siglitz tantamount to a crime. That’s a strong statement coming from someone who believes in a market economy and has more international awards than all the economic advisers put together in this country.
“Robust higher education, with healthy public support, was once the linchpin in a system that promised opportunity for dedicated students of any means. We now have a pay-to-play, winner-take-all game where the wealthiest are assured a spot, and the rest are compelled to take a gamble on huge debts, with no guarantee of a payoff.” Students that don’t have the social network to support their climb. Is a statement from an expert examining the history of unintended consequences of past decisions.
We admire the US so much Mitt Romney, the Republican presidential nominee a billionaire with a multi-million dollar income only paid 14% income tax and complained called 47% of  Americans  freeloaders” Doesn’t that remind you of Hockey & Abbott’s “Leaners and Lifters” description?
General Electric  the symbol for multinational corporations have their headquarters in the United States & pay almost no taxes 2% average annually over the past 10 years. We have Glencore our top coal miner pays zero tax on a profit  of 15 billion and those earning over $180,000 a 2% temporary levy for 3 years. However the indirect costs being put in place for ordinary Aus are going to stay. The income of the wealthy is far more easily manipulated downward and hidden than that of the average Australian worker.  Hockey & Abbott are spitting in the face of  Australia Fair.
 Government plays an important role not just in social protection, but in making investments in infrastructure, technology, education and health. These are pillars of trust. Without such investments, our economy will be weaker, and our economic growth slower.
 This government want’s to deregulate the financial sector. Financial planners wont be obliged to work in the best interests of their clients. What do these people do? They are paper shufflers people who shuffle paper, sorry  our money for a commission. They don’t produce or create anything other than ideas on how to shuffle more paper the more they churn the more commission they make and they are very creative at creating churning product. Look at what created the GFC and more recently look at the CBA planners. Up close and personal they will all tell you they have a “passion” for making you money, sorry, taking your money, servicing you no no giving you service.  With the aid of CBA’s trusted reputation they talked client’s up to buy more. Trust them and robo- sign yourself into debt. The bank did this with farmers and foreign exchange years ago and then foreclosed on them.This government calls it freeing up opportunity. Stiglitz describes it as stagnant “rent collecting” When trust is eroded the economy stagnates. What are they doing now to rebuild trust of other than the 1%ers?
 Abbott & Hockey have cut research funding, cut tertiary funding & indirectly cut health funding areas essential for confidence & growth. They believe in the honesty of the 1% they say drive the economy forward. However studies have shown that the upper classes are more likely to engage in what has traditionally been considered unethical behavior. Perhaps this is the only way for some to reconcile their worldview with their outlandish financial success, often achieved through actions that reveal a kind of moral deprivation. Behind every knighthood in this country lies some blood on the tracks of people injured in the encounter.
 Corman ,Brandis all say we don’t need regulation we all have access to the law as if that access was an equal playing field. What access did SMSF retirees have after the CBA  ripped them off? 10% compensation for signing a non disclosure agreement. When trust is eroded and the government panders to the 1%ers over and above the general public growth stagnates.  When our media no longer print news  only commentary were do we get information.  The public broadcaster is about to be savaged. When anything that comes close to reporting facts or information it’s declared left wing not just center left or center right. When government incumbant members are hounded as 5th columnists because they are reasonable or trying to find  bipartisan courses of action this country can agree on it’s time for some plain speaking. We are losing our enthusiasm for politics and democracy is being raped.

This concerted attempt at ethnic cleansing by Bosnian Serbs was never called Christian or Orthodox terrorism. No acts of revenge against Christians ,Westerners or their property were ever carried out in any Middle Eastern or Muslim country.
3000 people died on 9/11 and a war on terror declared and not a war on Islam.
Who is Andrew Bolt when not a right wing opinionator and a convicted racist? The second generation Australian born child of a Dutch migrant satellite family that never really integrated with the communities they lived. A loner he says largely influenced by his mother.Bolt was drawn more to the Dutch culture of his mother than the working class culture of his Australian surrounds. So much so he went to live in Aalsmeer with his mothers relatives too find himself.
During WW2 Aalsmeer a small population was noted for it’s Nazi support the elected mayor & council in particular were recognized for it. 100’s of cases were tried post war during which 75% of Dutch jews were killed. The point being this was a council elected by it’s small population.
Aalsmeer was also noted for flowers & tulips of which Bolt is extremely fond and grows at home..TULIP coincidentally is an anacronym for the 5 principles of Calvinism and the Dutch Reform Church. One principle is belief in the elect or chosen preordained to go to heaven. Bolt claims to be an agnostic but certainly has the characteristics of a true believer in his now  occupation of a media preacher and persistent attacks on Islam. He claims to hate elitests but aspires to cultural tastes rare amongst his audience of ordinary Australians. He railes against academics information and data analysts I suspect that’s because he was a University dropout. A student who felt he didn’t fit in. It also explains why his journalistic niche is commentating rather than researched argument. He has been known to be loose with facts in fact convicted for it under section 18c.
So by his own admission he was raised in a Dutch family, drawn to Dutch culture & tastes, a loner remote from the culture in which he was actually born Australia. His father in law introduced him to Aussie life in his 30’s. His work mates found him polite, distant and a little superior.
Bolt has less in common with the ordinary Aussies he preaches to and more in common with Dutch Afrikaners. His separationist world view was one that gave grounds to Apartheid in South Africa.
Because of his  conviction he has become more of a closet racist but racist nevertheless. His attacks on Islam a religion can’t be denied as anything other than racist and not merely predjudice. 1.6 billion muslims are 98++ % colored . 1 Billion Asian, 300mill  African Middle Eastern and the balance mostly Middle Eastern. These racial groups weren’t recognized in White South Africa during Aparthied. The Dutch Afrikaners in South Africa believed themselves to be god’s  elected people and coloreds a lower species.  He now advocates Islam is a danger to Australia and our Immigration laws need to take this into account. Turning these beliefs into law and regulation will make us a racist nation.
The Islamisation of Asia & Africa was not done by any sword, holy war or any form of terror as Bolt would have us believe.  It was done by trade. Christianity’s record of proselytising on the other hand was far more direct the conquer, rape  and pillage  style.  Christian Europe the great Western Civilization has a history of persecution & conversion at the point of a gun. The US was founded as a result of people fleeing Europe for freedom of belief and opportunity. If Bolt’s Islamaphobia is not a wish to return to the White Australia Policy I’ll kiss his arse.
