Once again, it seems only white men know best for Aboriginal peoples

The British Monarch even apologized for the Inglorious past of the British Empire. Much of which remained undetailed or completely ignored in the History we are taught.  The Australian Conservatives pictured above insist on those false Myths retained and any effort to correct them is restrained. Australian History is like the moon it has a very dark side. Conservatives don’t want it to be revealed. Whereas Yes is for enlightenment unity and revealing the truth on who we are. Yes, asks us to “Turn on the Lights”  and the Uluru Statement is the switch.

“Those who argue against an Indigenous Voice to Parliament because they believe it will be racially divisive must be ignorant of the founding of this country. In 1788, the violent occupation of unceded Aboriginal lands began. But this story was hidden in Australian history, with a narrative of lawful settlement peddled instead.
