Market concentration holding back worker wages – Michael West

If you don’t want union antagonism but cooperation then workers should have a seat on all the boards and shares in all the major corporations in which they work whether Australian or multinational and across all of the economy. They do in other countries but it remains undiscussed here why?. Why are we so divided and less diversified when it comes to corporations? It would that require a major recognition of a necessary system change and not just a minor change to employee contracts

The federal minister responsible for competition policy has raised concerns about restrictive terms in employee contracts that prevent job switching and keep wages depressed.
