That rhetoric eventually led to insurrection and bloodshed at the Capitol, when Mr Trump’s supporters violently tried to prevent lawmakers from certifying Joe Biden’s election victory. Now, the New York University School of Law’s “Just Security” group says it has identified the key tweets and incendiary attacks from Mr Trump’s final year in office that culminated in the attack.
