The sector, which includes religious, not-for-profit and private operators, has banded together to devise a massive PR campaign to “change the conversation” about aged care and “win the hearts and minds of middle Australia”. And if that involves swatting aside an incompetent minister and making the federal government look stingy, well, so be it.
