Australia unveils plan to become one of world’s top 10 arms exporters | World news | The Guardian

At the time, Tim Costello, the World Vision Australia chief advocate, attacked the plan, saying the government had cut humanitarian aid which saved lives while simultaneously discussing the merits of becoming a major weapons manufacturer and exporter.

Apparantly Australia will only export weapons to those countires with an excellent record of Human Rights according to Malcolm Turnbull who leads a country which refuses to have a Bill of Human Rights. Is noted for it’s poor Human Rights record in regards Indigenous Australians and Asylum Seekers. He leads a a Party which refused to assist the Car Industry, The Renewables Tecnology Industry and Cut Foreign Aid in fact shredded it. Does Turnbull’s policy bar selling arms to Australia one might well ask if he calls bombing women and children half a world away and calling it necessary defense?
