It really does seem like a conspiracy with Israel having killed 157 UNRWA staff and many more other independent observers like reporters. AIPAC and the Israel Lobby appear to have Biden on a  short string in this 2024 election year and had him cut aid to Gaza on their behalf. 1M children lack clothing food water, fuel or electricity and winter is coming on. America and its Western allies have been drawn into war crimes and assisting in an act of genocide.
