The tail is wagging the dog in Israeli domestic politics and Netanyahu’s desperation has been laid bare in order to stay in office the ethnic cleansing and genocide will continue. He needs extreme right-wing support and along with it the terror and fear to maintain power. The US blindly supports them because Israel is still their power base in the Middle East. The majority of Jews who live elsewhere certainly aren’t rushing to save this Israel. Even they feel the impact and are divesting of the shameful embarrassment rebounding on them in the form of unwarranted antisemitism.
