The Israel-Palestine ceasefire has broken, with Israel launching air strikes against Hamas targets in the Gaza Strip. The Israeli military reportedly confirmed hitting several targets it claimed were housing “Hamas operatives”. It came after Israel said incendiary balloons had been launched from Gaza on Wednesday (Australian time). The Israeli fire brigade said the balloons sparked at least 20 blazes in open fields in communities near the divided frontier.
